Dot NAME Domain Name Registrations

Started in 2001, the .NAME domain extension is the sole TLD intended for personal websites only. These domains can be personal or fictitious names, aliases and/or other titles people are famous by. At first, just third-level registrations were permitted, so if you wanted to acquire john.doe.name, you were required to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration process was loosened and 2nd-level registrations were also permitted. Already bought 3rd-level domains remained online.

You will have the chance to correct the WHOIS contact details, to park your domain, to modify Custom DNS records, etc. You can also transfer an existing domain to our firm if you acquire its EPP transfer authorization code from the current domain service provider and we will renew it as soon as the transfer has been finalized.
